Policies
Bans must be reported
Tell an Internal Affairs official within 48 hours if you receive an in-game ban or a Discord ban in Clearwater Roleplay. Not reporting it means immediate termination.
Your rights
Internal Affairs reads deputies their rights before any questioning or interview. You can ask for a supervisor to be present.
Infraction ladder
- Warning → Strike → Suspension → Demotion → Termination.
- More than 2 warnings becomes a strike.
- More than 3 strikes: suspension, demotion or termination.
- More than 2 suspensions: immediate termination.

How training works

Field Training Operations is open to Corporal+ and runs academy, division and certification trainings.
Use the vehicles in the fleet chart and their presets. Corporal+ use the supervisor preset. Ghosted vehicles are restricted to Captain+. Sedans stay on paved roads or under 50 MPH off-road.
Activity & promotions
- 6 hours every two weeks, due Monday 12 PM EST.
- 3 consecutive inactivity notices means termination.
- Promotion cooldown is 2 weeks. No promotion with an infraction that week or if hired in the period.
Leave of absence
- Up to 28 days with a valid reason.
- Quota-exempt if it starts Wednesday or earlier and ends Sunday or Monday.
- Long LOAs need Office of the Sheriff approval. Open a ticket first.
Infractions

Response codes
- Code 1: no lights or sirens, posted speed limit.
- Code 2: lights only, max 20 over, blip at intersections.
- Code 3: lights and sirens, stay under 100 MPH.

- M4A1 (rifle cert) · MP5 (Sergeant+)
- Fabarm FP6 (Sergeant+) · Orsis T 5000 (High Command, SWAT Senior Operator+)
- Carry 3+ magazines. Rifles and shotguns stay in the trunk.
Shifts & breaks
- Breaks max 15 minutes. 10-7 to start, 10-8 to return.
- Keep ¾ of a tank of fuel at all times.
- Log every arrest, death, citation and major scene.
